At Holsworthy Army Barracks, the existing floors in the workshop were old, slippery, and had years of oil and grease stains. The workshop was dusty because the concrete was deteriorating due to trucks and forklifts constantly driving over the surface.
We recommended the installation of water-based epoxy coated flooring tinted grey with non-slip additive.

After e-coat technicians inspected the floor, we recommended having the concrete steam cleaned and degreased to remove oil and contaminants. Our qualified technicians came in and diamond ground the concrete using our state-of-the-art diamond grinders and vacuum cleaners. We repaired the cracks using epoxy repair products.
An epoxy coated flooring primer was rolled out and a non slip additive was broadcast into coating. A final coat of our epoxy was rolled out to finish.
